What this site collects, and what it does not.

Visiting the site
This site sets no cookies and uses no analytics or tracking. When you open a page, our hosting provider processes the technical data a browser sends (IP address, time, page requested, browser type) to deliver the page and to keep the service secure. Such logs are kept only as long as needed for those purposes.
Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts; your browser requests them from Google's servers, which processes your IP address for that request under Google's own privacy terms. We will self-host the fonts in a later release.
Writing to us
If you email us, we process your name, email address and what you write in order to reply and to prepare a briefing. We keep that correspondence as long as the exchange is open and for as long as we need it afterwards to document our dealings with your institution. Our email provider processes it on our instructions.
Your rights
Under the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection and, where it applies, the EU General Data Protection Regulation, you may ask what personal data we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, and object to its processing. Write to the address above. You may also complain to the Swiss Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner or, where applicable, your local supervisory authority.

This notice describes the site as it is today. It will be updated when the site gains features that process more data, such as a contact form or booking calendar.
